In a series of earlier posts, I explored the fame of iconic actresses and actors from Hollywood. The vast majority of them have fame levels smaller than 20 famons.
Elvis Presley sits at the top, with 53 famons. He is closely followed by Marilyn Monroe, John Wayne and Frank Sinatra. All four of them are world symbols.
Here I explore the fame of the following iconic actors/actresses:
- Tom Cruise
- Emily Blunt
- Tom Selleck
- Johhny Depp
- Will Smith.
In this comparison, I also include the legendary member of the Beatles, John Lennon. This is because IMDB lists him as Music Artist, Composer and Actor.
The use of Ngram, shows that Lennon is at the top, with 43 famons. Thus, Lennon so far ranks fifth closely following Wayne, Monroe and Sinatra.
Among the remainder, Tom Cruise has 20 famons, similar to that of Marlon Brando and Cary Grant.
Depp and Smith have a fame of 11 and 10 famons respectively. Selleck has a fame of 2.5 famons.
Finally, the fantastic, talented Emily Blunt has a fame of 1 famon. Forbes ranks Blunt as one of the highest-paid actresses in the world. Undoubtedly, her lowest fame is obviously related to the fact that she is much younger than all the remaining actors and actresses examined so far.
The appearances of all names in the English electronic books follows the careers of the six persons in concern.
Still, no one has surpassed Elvis.
Will there be someone more famous than Elvis?
Who knows.
Be tuned.
